Returns Policy
Brick Lady operates under Australian Consumer Law and in particular the consumer rights therein. A return request can only be lodged for faulty goods. You can read more about these rights at the ACCC website [http://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/repair-replace-refund].
Please discuss you return request with us. If a 'sold as sealed' item is missing one or more elements (e.g. LEGO pieces) then the manufacturer/distributor (our supplier) will typically accept a missing items claim directly from you.
Should we undertake a return for an item you must ensure the following is followed. All brand new merchandise purchased from Brick Lady is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor.
Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging (where supplied), same condition as sold, with all literature / instructions / documentation. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method.
Brick Lady can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. .
If any of the above conditions are not met, Brick Lady reserves the right to refuse the return.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
Looking for a shipping price? Simply add items to your cart and proceed through the check out process. The shipping calculation will be applied before the final payment gateway so you can either continue on, save your cart or abandon it.
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and we may ship outside of Australia or to PO Box's - please check with us. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped. Please contact us if not sure
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are calculated based on destination postcode within Australia however some items may attract a fixed price shipping charge. The freight costs of any such item can be found on its detail page of the item(s) you wish to purchase.
